Youth Programme

The Indian Track Club Youth programme is our nation's first fully focused, fun-filled athletic training & development running program.

Every Sunday, for three and a half hours our club's selected athletes aged between 7 and 13 years come together, all from different walks of society as they learn the basics of running in a world-class training environment that includes:


In addition to the above, the programme includes other running related activities that develop not only the running ability, but also the personality of each individual athlete.

If you're interested to get a sneak peek into what it looks like, you can come and watch us train on any Sunday morning.

To be part of this selected group, one has to go through a selection trial. If you believe your child may have the ability to get selected for this programme, you can request for a trial by contacting us through the contact page.
